Please ensure all medical apparel and equipment are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
